We were recently privileged to work with Monica Racz of Keller Williams, SLO Coast Estates in finding a condo in Los Osos, Ca. She found and showed us many properties and explained the necessary procedures to purchase each property. She presented our offer and made sure that we got the necessary inspections to determine the condition of the property. She opened the escrow and tracked the progress to insure it stayed on schedule and closed on time. Monica was a delight to work with and a very competent Realtor.
